There’ll be a couple of dates and times suggested; select when you’d like your email to be sent. If none of them is the desired date or time, you can click “Select date and time” at the bottom and choose the specific date and time you’d like the email to be sent.

Step 4: Click on the Schedule Send Button

When you’ve selected the date and time, click the “Schedule send” button.

On Mobile

If you’re using your mobile device to schedule an email and have the Gmail app installed, follow the simple steps below:
